What you can sell as a small scale farmer in Oregon?

Each state has it's own laws and regulations for what you can/can't sell or do without a license. Oregon is no different, but those laws changed to make it easier for small farmers and small scale producers to get their goods to market. But there are still rules.

To make it easier to understand, Oregon State University published a great 4 page pamphlet with an easy to follow infographic flowchart to determine if what you sell is exempt from other regulations and licensing fees. You can find it here:

This weekend, we'll have vendors selling:

  • Crafts
  • Fresh chicken eggs
  • Washable Swiffer pads
  • Orders for meat rabbits
  • Pretty Pretty Preslie with sparkly and fun accessories from Paparazzi
  • Mary Kay

There will be a Master Gardener there to answer your yard and garden questions.
It's supposed to be sunny & warm! Come out & support your friends & neighbors here in Goble.

Every Saturday from May 20 through September 30 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Goble Tavern parking lot, we create a pop-up market filled with local plants, produce, crafts, baked goods, and more.
